Since 2001 large investment company - joint stock company "VIRO" has been operating in the European, Russian and South-East Asian markets, providing the following business activities:
- Organization of specialized exhibitions;
- Development of innovative projects and participation in them;

- Consulting services for developing marketing programs and determining investment projects efficiency;
- Expert real estate valuation and valuation of individual and companies' estate.

Now the company deals with:
- Investment in "affordable housing" low-rise building in Amur region;
- Investment in low-rise building for ethnic Germans in Kaliningrad region;
- Organization and management of exhibition projects "Affordable housing" in low-rise building in several Russian regions;
- Organization and management of industrial manufacturing companies in Russia, Germany, Cyprus, Cambodia and Laos;
- Management of University of the Commonwealth of independent states (Moscow).

In 2006 by the decree of President Vladimir Putin the state housing projects for providing affordable and comfortable housing (including low-rise housing) to various population groups were developed and are being carried out now. These are the following projects: "Affordable and comfortable housing for citizens of Russia", "Providing housing to young specialists (and their families) in rural area", "Providing housing to military personnel". In 2008 according to these projects the sum of about 400 billions rubles (or $ 16,5 billions) will be given from the state budget for housing construction. Ca. 40% of this sum will be invested into low-rise housing construction.

For providing information support of the housing project the "VIRO" company is to organize and manage the exhibition complexes (EC) "Affordable housing" for detail study of working experience and low-rise building products of the leading foreign companies. Organizing the exhibitions we use the experience of European countries (for example, housing building exhibition "Blue Lagoon" in Austria).

The leading companies - manufacturers of the best world products for low-rise buildings from Russia, the European countries, the USA, Canada, Korea, Turkey and Japan and Asia are supposed to participate in EC "Affordable Housing".

The first International Exhibition - EC "Affordable Housing" - is scheduled to start at the end of 2009. The exhibition will occupy 12 ha in 13 km from Moscow. Infrastructure - engineering utilities and utility networks; traffic system; space for exhibitors (0,02-0,05 ha); exhibition, office, bank, entertaining, warehouse and administrative buildings and structures; operating maintenance; security system.

The guarantors of EC "Affordable Housing" successful work are relevant ministries, departments and state party organizations (including Ministry of building complex of Moscow region, the State Duma's Committees, Russian Builders Union, the leading political party United Russia).

Unfortunately, at the moment "VIRO" has some difficulties concerning information on foreign companies - manufacturers of low-rise building products (houses, cottages, building
technologies, landscape design, architectural projects, furniture, interior design), which could possibly take part in our exhibitions.
