The Russo-British Chamber of Commerce
Since its foundation in 1916, the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce has served as the bridge between Russian and British business. From pre-revolutionary times, throughout the Soviet period and Russia's subsequent transition to a market economy, the RBCC has consistently supported its Russian, British and multinational member companies in building trade, cooperation and understanding. As an independent, bilateral organisation, the Chamber occupies a unique place in the history of UK-Russia relations, providing practical assistance to companies from both countries looking to access new markets.
In 2010, as the Chamber approaches a century of developing trade between Russia and the United Kingdom, and as the world economy begins to recover from one of the most severe crises in modern history, the RBCC's mission is more relevant than ever. RBCC RussiaTALK
Now in its sixth year, RussiaTALK is the RBCC?s most prestigious event in Russia. Conceived from the outset as a platform for practical, constructive dialogue between business and government, RussiaTALK has rapidly established itself as one of Moscow's premier international business conferences. Held at the headquarters of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the very heart of Moscow, RussiaTALK brings together senior government and business figures, providing a platform for positive and interactive debate like no other.
RussiaTALK 2009 took place as our countries found themselves in the depths of the financial crisis.
